Join FundList moderator and "Janitor" Bob Burdenski and other F.O.F.s (Friends of FundList) for a presentation of some favorite postings and shared samples from the past five years on FundList. Included in Bob's Briefcase are direct mail samples, phonathon goodies, email, flash and Web page creative ideas, and much more.

Does size matter? Should a donor be entitled to a refund of every gift he's ever made? What's a BRE? We'll address some of the famous (and infamous) FundList questions from the past five years in one gloriously informative get-together, as the FundList Janitor opens his briefcase and wrings out his mop.
